100% Money-Back Guarantee

If you don't get value from your first session, we will refund 100% of what you paid. No questions asked.

To receive your refund, email us at [email protected] within 7 calendar days of the first session. The 7 days begin the day after the first session and end at 11:59 p.m. Central Time on the seventh day. Requests received after that deadline are not eligible.

Whether you received value is your decision alone. You do not need to give a reason.

Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 3 business days of your email. Your bank or card provider may take additional time to post it. Once your refund is issued, any remaining sessions are canceled and you will no longer have access to our learning platform.

This guarantee applies to your first session only and may be used once per participant.
