You'll use one approved AI tool for one real task, see how it actually generates an answer, and learn to check it before you trust it. You'll leave able to explain why a confident-sounding answer can still be wrong, and how to verify the one detail that matters before you use it.

Thursday, Oct. 1 · 1:00 PM CTMost people think they need to write the perfect prompt. You don't. This session is a conversation, not a formula. You'll ask for something, revise it, push back on it, and learn to tell when AI changed something you didn't ask it to change. By the end, you can get a useful result without losing your original facts or intent along the way.
Session Three: Get Your Time Back With AI
Tuesday, Oct. 6 · 1:00 PM CTNot "can AI do my job." The real question: which parts of my job are eating my time for no good reason. You'll look at your actual week, find one task worth handing off in part, and build a simple, reusable workflow around it, with a person still checking the result. This is the session where "get your time back" stops being a promise and becomes something you built yourself.

Tuesday, Sept. 29 · 1:00 PM CTNovember is where this gets visible. You'll build one consistent character using AI image tools, no design experience required, and learn what has to stay stable (the face, the identity) versus what can change (the background, the style). You'll leave with an approved image, an identity card, and a reusable reference kit for the next two sessions.
Session Two: Create A Sign Language Avatar With Kling
Thursday, Oct. 1 · 1:00 PM CTThis is the session that teaches judgment, not just tool use. You'll test what happens when AI tries to animate signed language, and learn why smooth, confident-looking motion is not the same as accurate meaning. A fluent reviewer checks the result against a real signing source. Rejecting an inaccurate output is treated as success, not failure.
Session Three: Create An AI Video Story With Seedance
Tuesday, Oct. 6 · 1:00 PM CTYou'll turn one small idea into a real three-scene story: a beginning, a change, an ending. Using the character you built in Session 1, you'll generate short clips, assemble them, add readable text, and test the whole thing with the sound off, so it works for anyone watching, not just people who can hear it.

Session One: Create Your Personal AI Assistant
Tuesday, Sept. 29 · 1:00 PM CTThis is where AI stops answering one-off questions and starts doing a job for you, reliably. You'll build a reusable AI helper for one real task, test it against a normal request, a missing-information request, and one it should refuse, then fix and improve it. You leave with clear instructions, a human-review step built in, and something you'll actually use again.
Session Two: Build A Simple AI Tool Without Coding
Thursday, Oct. 1 · 1:00 PM CTNo code, no developer, no technical background required. You'll build a small working tool, a sign-language video quiz, by describing what you want in plain language while AI writes the code behind it. You'll test every question, every button, catch one real problem, and fix it yourself.
Session Three: Automate One Repetitive Task
Tuesday, Oct. 6 · 1:00 PM CTThe final session connects everything: one trigger, one task, one draft, one human review. You'll map a process you repeat regularly, test what happens when information is missing or doesn't fit, and see exactly where a person still needs to check the work before anything moves forward. Nothing gets sent, published, or approved automatically. You leave understanding both what automation can do and where it still needs you.

Meet Your Guide
Hi, I am Calvin Young.
Those closest to me know, I love to travel. Right after school I started a real estate software business but realized it wasn't going to fulfill my true dream of exploring the planet. So I decided to do what mattered to me most: take risks, meet awesome people, and expand my personal perspective on life. I traded the software company for a backpack and an unforgettable journey.
Of course it was amazing. I learned something new every day. But, what I also discovered was how isolating and difficult it was to find information tailored to Deaf travelers.
The ever-entrepreneur in me co-founded Seek the World to close the gap in travel content and resources available in sign language because communication barriers shouldn't shrink anyone's horizon. My goal was to show the global Deaf community that solo travel can be safe, easy, and incredibly fun.
Later we evolved the platform to focus on amplifying international Deaf stories, spotlighting Deaf-owned businesses, and celebrating distinct regional sign languages.
Navigating different regions taught me that creating a welcoming world requires practical accessibility tools, not just motivational stories. This shift in perspective from "travel inspiration" to "systemic tool-building" is what ultimately pulled me into developing AI technology and training.
Since then, I've taught AI in sign language 150+ times, reaching people in over 100 countries, and I work with schools and leading organizations to help teams build AI that people actually understand, use, and trust. Today I get to offer it through Huddle AI, in partnership with TCS.

Know Before You Join
I'm not technical. Is this going to go over my head?
This is built for professionals and people who do the day-to-day work, not people who write code. If you can write an email and use a browser, you can do everything in here. The workshops are built to the level and pace of the room, and the Q&A exists so nobody falls behind or stays stuck. All workshops are conducted in ASL (American Sign Language) with a voice over and captioning.
Will this work for my field or is it all agency and marketing stuff?
The Huddle AI Bootcamp can work regardless of what you do because it's the foundation of any AI setup, whatever your line of work is. Everything I show comes from my own business, client projects, SEO, admin, reporting, invoicing, the boring stuff of everyday life. You bring your own use cases to the Q&A and we build against those.
I've already got a pile of courses I never finished. Won't this add to the overwhelm?
So do I! And it's why we designed the workshop to take place over three months, Live. The workshops are built to take real work off your plate and finish it. Come to the live sessions or work through the recordings at your own pace, whichever suits. And if you get stuck, ask the question that's bugging you and I'll walk you through it.
What if I can't make the live sessions?
Every workshop is recorded and kept, so you can watch back whenever it works for you or catch up whenever you join. Bring your questions to the next Q&A and you'll get an answer either way.
Can I cancel?
Yes, any time. Cancel and you keep everything you've built, because it all lives in your own tools.
